Last updated: 2 October 2026
Welcome to Blanco Jewellery. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Blanco Jewellery.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, subject to your statutory rights.

Our website is intended primarily for customers located in the United Kingdom.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected in your order.
After you place an order, you may receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Blanco Jewellery is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, for example by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Your order may not be accepted if payment cannot be authorised or processed successfully.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown clearly before you complete your order.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours, proportions and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the device or screen used to view the product.
Where a product is offered in different colours, finishes or other variants, please check the selected option carefully before completing your order.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and may offer an alternative where appropriate or cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid for it.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.
5. DELIVERY
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Available delivery options are shown at checkout and may include:
-
Free UK Delivery: estimated delivery within 3–8 business days
-
Express UK Delivery: estimated delivery within 2–5 business days, currently charged at £5.00
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs or border procedures, adverse weather, peak periods or other operational disruption.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the timeframe shown at checkout. If no specific delivery period has been agreed, applicable UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days of the contract being made.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, although this does not affect your statutory rights.
6. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Products remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession, or into the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them.
If you arrange your own carrier and that carrier was not offered by us as a delivery option, risk may pass to you when the goods are handed to that carrier.
Ownership of the products will pass to you once we have received full payment and the products have been delivered to you.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
7. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
For most goods bought online, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person identified by you, receives the goods. After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
In addition to your statutory rights, Blanco Jewellery offers a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To request a cancellation or return, please contact us at: support@blancojewellry.com
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless we agree otherwise.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method. Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of the standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the standard delivery cost.
We may reduce a refund where the value of the goods has been diminished because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
8. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, not as described or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at: support@blancojewellry.com
Please provide your order number and, where helpful, photographs or other information showing the issue so that we can review the problem efficiently.
Your rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from our change-of-mind returns policy.
Under applicable UK consumer law, you may have rights including a short-term right to reject certain faulty goods, or rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a final right to reject, depending on the circumstances.
Where a repair or replacement is required, we will arrange this within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, and we will bear the necessary costs where required by law, including applicable postage costs.
If a refund is due for faulty or non-conforming goods, it will be issued using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
9. PRODUCT CARE AND USE
Our jewellery is intended for normal personal use and should be handled with reasonable care.
Please follow any product-specific care instructions provided on our website or with your order.
Although many of our products are designed for everyday wear, jewellery may still be damaged by excessive force, bending, impact, scratching, abrasive surfaces or inappropriate use.
Avoid exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals or substances that may damage the surface or finish unless the relevant product information confirms that such exposure is suitable.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not be considered a product fault.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through our website, including the Blanco Jewellery name, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, page layouts and other original content, is owned by Blanco Jewellery or used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
You may access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected content from our website without our prior written permission or the permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Nothing on our website grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Third-party trade marks, brand names, images or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the website.
You must not:
-
use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
-
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts;
-
interfere with the security, functionality or availability of the website;
-
introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
-
use automated systems, bots or scraping tools in a way that places an unreasonable burden on our website or violates applicable law;
-
impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information; or
-
use our website in a way that may damage Blanco Jewellery, our customers or third parties.
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, customers, business or legal rights.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources, including payment, review, social media, fulfilment or other service providers.
These links are provided for convenience or to support the operation of our website and services.
We do not control independent third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or separate terms and conditions.
If you choose to access a third-party website or service, your use of that website or service will be subject to the terms, privacy policies and other rules of the relevant third party.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
13. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to the paragraph above, Blanco Jewellery is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings, where you purchase products as a consumer for personal use.
We will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by your failure to follow reasonable product care instructions, misuse of a product or inaccurate information provided by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.
14. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where this is caused by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Such events may include severe weather, natural disasters, major transport or carrier disruption, widespread telecommunications or internet failures, government action or other comparable events beyond our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of any such event and to resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
If an event outside our reasonable control causes a substantial delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and explain the available options.
Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel because of a delay, nothing in this section affects that right.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, legal requirements or operating practices.
The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time you place your order will generally apply to that order.
Any updated Terms & Conditions will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where appropriate or required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
Changes to these Terms will not affect rights or obligations that have already arisen under a contract formed before the updated Terms took effect.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions and any contract between you and Blanco Jewellery are intended to apply to customers in the United Kingdom.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer rights and protections available to you under the laws applicable there.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable UK consumer law.
If you are a consumer domiciled in the United Kingdom, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, subject to applicable law.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
If such modification is not possible, the affected provision will be treated as deleted.
Any modification or deletion of one provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with the policies and information expressly referred to in them, form the basis of the contract between you and Blanco Jewellery in relation to your purchase.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any information, representation or commitment that forms part of the contract under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
