3. PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Orders are prepared for fulfilment after payment has been successfully authorised.
Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, fulfilment partner operations and other reasonable operational factors.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation or tracking information where available.
Please note that estimated delivery times shown on our website or at checkout generally refer to the overall delivery timeframe and may include both processing and transit time.
We will take reasonable steps to prepare and dispatch orders promptly, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Where tracking is available, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may be provided by the relevant carrier, fulfilment partner or delivery service.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch, as updates may not appear immediately.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe there may be a delivery issue, please contact us at: support@blancojewellry.com
We will review the available information and assist you with the next appropriate steps.
5. DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes shown on our website and at checkout, delays may occasionally occur.
Delays may be caused by factors such as carrier disruption, customs or border procedures, adverse weather, peak shopping periods, operational issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and provide updated information.
If your order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, or within 30 days where no specific delivery period has been agreed, you may have rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Where those rights apply, you may be entitled to require delivery within an additional reasonable period or, in certain circumstances, cancel the contract and receive a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@blancojewellry.com
We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
7. FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURNED PARCELS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave instructions, make another delivery attempt or hold the parcel for collection, depending on the service used.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will review the circumstances and contact you where reasonably possible.
If the failed delivery was caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel or another issue within the customer’s control, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is sent again.
If the parcel is returned because of an error on our part or the carrier’s part, we will arrange an appropriate solution without additional delivery cost to you.
Where a refund is appropriate, it will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
8. LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at: support@blancojewellry.com
Please include your order number and any available tracking information.
We may need to contact the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner to investigate the delivery status.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit before delivery to you, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Please note that a parcel being delayed does not necessarily mean that it is lost.

9. DELIVERY TO A SAFE PLACE OR ANOTHER PERSON
If you specifically ask the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with another person, please make sure that the location or person you choose is suitable.
Where a parcel is delivered into your physical possession, or into the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive it, responsibility for the parcel may pass to you at that point.
If you give specific delivery instructions, such as leaving a parcel in a designated safe place, we may rely on those instructions where the carrier is able to follow them.
If you believe a parcel marked as delivered has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@blancojewellry.com
We will review the available delivery information and, where appropriate, assist with an investigation.

We aim to provide clear information about any mandatory charges that can reasonably be determined before you complete your purchase.
